A multi award-winning Chartered Surveyor, John has more than 25 years’ commercial property experience in Worcestershire and the wider West Midlands. He oversees the transactional (sales, lettings and acquisitions) and property management teams, personally advising a number of the county’s developers, landlords and public sector bodies, and is a particular expert in the acquisition of industrial and office properties. Born and bred in Worcestershire, John lives in Hartlebury.

Jonathan started his surveying career in London before moving back home to the West Midlands and Worcestershire, where he has worked as a chartered surveyor for the past 15 years. Jonathan is responsible for the Valuations and Professional Services department, specialising in all types of commercial and residential valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals.

Andrew qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in London, where he gained six years of experience in a multidisciplinary practice before moving back home to Worcestershire and the West Midlands. Andrew is responsible for the Commercial Agency team advising on sales, lettings and acquisitions across the county.

Jonathan is a qualified surveyor with over 20 years’ experience working within the commercial property market.

Jonathan is an experienced Property Management professional having worked on award winning developments and implementing successful processes and systems. He also has a  proud track record of building teams and developing talent to deliver great client service, together with a personal interest in improving sustainability across the built environment.

Rob is an experienced Building Surveyor, with over 25 years spent working within the property and construction sector.

With extensive experience in finance and commercial property, Michelle is responsible for all accounting and financial matters for the company. Michelle was instrumental in setting up the GJS Dillon Asset Management Department, managing a number of key Commercial sites in Worcestershire for several years before her promotion to Finance Manager. She now works with John Dillon and the Board of Directors to assist with the short, medium and long term financial strategy for the company as well as liaising with the Companies external accountants.

Having worked for over fifteen years in the property industry, Karen provides secretarial and admin support for our Building Surveying Services team, with support to both the Professional and Valuation Services and Management Departments. Concentrating on Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations, together with Building Survey Reports, Karen produces high quality reports for a wide variety of private and commercial clients, landlords and tenants.

Anneka is a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor who has spent the last 15 years working in the commercial property market. She has dealt with sales and lettings, property management, rent reviews and lease renewals as well as professional valuations.

Adam began his surveying career in London where he undertook his post graduate diploma in estate management and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. After six years in London Adam returned to his home county of Worcestershire where he spent the next ten years of his career as an asset manager to a privately owned property portfolio. As Consultant Property Asset Management he works closely with Landlords and Tenants to ensure all parties are being provided with a proactive and tailored management service whilst also maximising investment returns.

Sarah works in the Commercial Asset Management team having gained considerable experience in residential lettings and management. Sarah started her career as a lettings negotiator and worked her way up to being a branch manager and she is ARLA qualified.
Sarah works closely with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department’s managed portfolio.

Roy works in our busy Commercial Sales & Lettings team bringing experience, wisdom, and enthusiasm, having had a distinguished career in industry.
He has a passion for customer service and goes the extra mile to help property owners and occupiers to explain how the commercial property market works. Roy has great contacts in the local Worcestershire business community.

Jorge is a qualified surveyor with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management. He has over five years of experience in commercial real estate, managing the acquisition and sale of commercial properties and providing tailored advice to maximise investment returns

Susanne worked for many years in childcare before moving up to the Midlands and taking on a new challenge to work in our busy Commercial Agency Team as a PA / Administrator.
Susanne provides invaluable administration support to the Agency team, liaising with clients, applicants and ensuring that every commercial property marketed by the agency team is displayed to the highest standard.

Sophie as Property Administrator undertakes the various accounting processes relating to service charges, rent invoices and payments to clients and contractors alike.
