The award-winning Sales, Lettings & Acquisitions Team is the transactional heart of GJS Dillon. The team deals with the sale, letting and acquisition of commercial property (industrial, office, retail and investment assets) and commercial & residential development land throughout the region.
The department is headed by Andrew Lewis, a Chartered Surveyor with experience in both the London and Worcestershire commercial property markets. Andrew knows the area inside out having been born and bred in the county and is the author of the annual Worcestershire Commercial Property Market Report.
The team also comprises accomplished Commercial Negotiator Roy Wilkes, Graduate Surveyor Kyle Pugh and experienced Commercial Property Administrator Susanne Phipps. All of whom are Worcestershire natives who are on hand to support our clients and secure businesses the space they need to grow.
