The Property Asset Management Team is headed up by Jonathan Aspinall, a qualified Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience working in the commercial property market.
Over his career Jonathan has specialised in managing a variety of commercial portfolios. Clients have ranged from major institutional funds to high net-worth individuals.
The team consists of Jonathan, Adam, Sarah Gibson and Sophie Rollins. As Property Manager, Sarah has experience of property management and maintenance, service charges, lease renewals and rent reviews. Sophie as Property Administrator undertakes the various accounting processes relating to service charges, rent invoices and payments to clients and contractors alike.
The Asset Management team is able to draw upon the vast expertise of our Agency and Building Surveying teams to ensure that all of our management clients have up to date local market knowledge with practical planned management programmes.
