In 2021 GJS Dillon were instructed by Bransford Trust to manage the service charge and the retained units of Sites A and C at Royal Porcelain Works totalling 24,000 sq ft. The development is located on Severn Street, to the south of Worcester’s main retail area. The area has traditionally been a residential location, interspersed with some commercial use and The King’s School, Worcester.
GJS Dillon successfully transformed the site from a non-commercial scheme to providing commercial spaces, with a current rent income of £69,600 pa.
As the development had not previously had a service charge established, a service charge structure was developed and implemented in agreement with the client, as well as setting up maintenance contracts to cover the various site services.
