Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon LLP has let more than 5,000 sq ft of office space in North Moons Moat, Redditch.

Redditch based AGGORA Group, a provider of catering equipment solutions, has taken a new five year lease on 5,409 sq ft of refurbished office space at units 3 & 4, Crest Park at a quoting rent of £8 psf exclusive.

North Moons Moat is an established business and industrial location two miles north east of Redditch town centre.

The four office units at Crest Park are now fully let, following the five year lease of Unit 2 in June (2012) to Force 3 Security.
