The Avenue is access via its own private entrance which leads directly to a reception area on the first floor. Off the reception area is the main office area. There is a further meeting room / private office located off the main office space. The office has shared WC and kitchen facilities, which have been refurbished to a high standard. Internally the office has data points throughout, along with efficient ceiling lighting.
