Junior Property Manager/ Graduate Surveyor
Are you a graduate Surveyor who is looking for your first step on the career ladder or possible a Junior Property Manager, who would like to develop your skills further, then we have a great opportunity for you?
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, has a passion for great customer service and a positive attitude. This is a great role in which you can shine as the team has great aspirations for growth and you will be a key player in supporting this.
No two days will be the same in this department, so if you enjoy a variety of tasks and are willing to get stuck in, this is the role for you. You will have a friendly and supportive team who you will enjoy working with and this role has plenty of opportunities for learning and development.
We are looking for a Graduate Surveyor / Junior Property Manager with Commercial Property experience, strong analytical skills, and an attention to detail to join our Commercial Property Management team based in Droitwich, Worcestershire.
Responsibilities
You will be working within our busy Property Asset Management team and will be responsible for maintaining and developing the departments systems and processes, coordinating contractors, monitoring service charges, site visits and liaising with our property management clients.
Full training will be provided, and no prior property management experience is required but we are looking for somebody with commercial property experience and a can do attitude.
- Updating property management software (Re-Leased database) and processes
- Conduct regular property inspections and prepare reports
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work with contractors and service providers
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in the preparation of service charge budgets and financial reports
- Maintain accurate records of property-related activities and transactions
- Help manage compliance tasks, including health and safety regulations
- Assist in carrying out lease renewals and rent reviews
Desired Qualifications
Full training with be provided towards the APC (with assistance provided in our dedicated Valuation, Agency and Landlord & Tenant teams) if this is the path you are wishing to pursue.
- Knowledge of property management software (Re-Leased)
- Understanding of lease agreements and tenant relations
- Interest in pursuing relevant industry qualifications for example, APC

Hours
37.5 hours – Monday-Friday 9am – 5:30pm, office based with occasional local travel.

Chartered Surveyor
We are looking for a full or part time Chartered Surveyor to work within our professional services team. If you have experience with commercial rent reviews and lease renewals, an attention to detail and good communication skills, then take a look at the details below.
Responsibilities
You will be working within our busy Professional services team and will be responsible for carrying out Commercial rent reviews and lease renewals with occasional Commercial valuation work .
Full support and training will be provided.
- Inspecting and measuring office, industrial and retail premises
- Preparing rent review / lease renewal reports and researching comparables
- Reporting to the client with our recommendations
- Negotiating with the Landlord / Tenant or the other sides Surveyor
Desired Qualifications
MRICS or FRICS with two years post qualification experience
- Knowledge of Landlord & Tenant negotiations (rent review & Lease renewals)
- Knowledge of Co-Star or similar comparable databases
- Understanding of lease agreements and tenant relations
- Training provided to provide RICS Valuations
