A leading Worcestershire commercial property consultant and chartered surveyor has been recognised as the county’s most active commercial property agent in a prestigious national competition.

John Dillon, partner at commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon, which has offices in Worcester and Bromsgrove, has been crowned ‘Deal Maker’ of the year by Estates Gazette Interactive (EGi), a national publication and ‘industry bible’, after completing the highest number of commercial property transactions in the past 12 months in Worcestershire.

Mr Dillon said: “I am delighted to be named as Deal Maker of the Year for Worcestershire. It is a great accolade to receive as our business celebrates its fifth birthday, but it is also a testament to all the team at GJS Dillon. We all have long established relationships with property owners, tenants and local developers, and feel that our experience and knowledge of the local marketplace is once again proven by winning this award.

“With clients on our books waiting for space to become free across all of the county from Bromsgrove, Droitwich and Redditch in the north down to Malvern and Worcester, there has never been a time for landlords and owner occupiers to sell, and I look forward to advising on many more deals in the next 12 months.”
