Leading Midland independent property consultancy GJS Dillon has sold a two-storey office building on one of Bromsgrove’s most sought after office developments.

The property, Reims House in Buntsford Drive, Bromsgrove, has been acquired freehold by Standard Life UK SIPP on behalf of a local investor. The previous occupiers, Toshiba Carrier UK relocated to the Topaz office Business Park in Bromsgrove which is also managed by GJS Dillon.

The modern, two storey building has 1,890 sq ft of open plan office space, as well as private offices, meeting room, kitchen area, toilets and eight allocated parking spaces.
