Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon has sold a Bromsgrove office building.

Acting for owners Elliott Reeve, Charlie Green, commercial negotiator at GJS Dillon, sold the freehold of 9 The Courtyard, Buntsford Drive, Bromsgrove, B60 3DJ, a 1,580 sq ft  two storey office building, to a private investor for £245,000.

9 The Courtyard is a purpose built, high quality, two storey office building located one mile south west of Bromsgrove town centre and two miles from Junctions 4 and 5 of the M5 and from Junction 1 of the M42.

Elliott Reeve owns a chain of 15 ladies’ hairdressing salons and men’s barbers in the East Midlands and to the north of London and is moving its headquarters office to the M1 corridor to be closer to its retail units.

“It is quite unusual for a company to be leaving Bromsgrove, as it is such a great business location, but Elliott Reeve has a very good reason,” says Mrs Green.  “It’s no surprise that, even with vacant possession, Unit 9 has been snapped up by an investor, as many companies are looking to expand within, or relocate to Bromsgrove.”
