GJS DILLON APPOINTED TO MANAGE WORCESTER NEIGHBOURHOOD SHOPPING CENTRES
March 2019Worcestershire-based commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon has been appointed to manage two neighbourhood shopping centres in Worcester.
Acting on behalf of landlord Lyppard Grange Properties Limited, GJS Dillon will take over the management of Units 1 – 7 at Lyppard Grange in the Ankerage Green area of Worcester, and of Units 1 – 4 at Brindley Shopping Centre, Brindley Road, Warndon, Worcester WR4 9FB.
GJS Dillon’s Commercial Property Manager Michelle Whitehead will provide day to day management services for the properties, managing the fabric of the buildings, and collecting the rent and service charge from the tenants which include a dental surgery, estate agency, hairdressers, two mini-markets, two children’s day nurseries and takeaway shops.
“The landlord wanted a pro-active, local Chartered Surveyor with good knowledge of the area and connections with quality tradespeople to manage his properties, so they approached us to take over,” says Ms Whitehead.
