GJS Dillon has transacted the sale of 5, Greenbox – a self-contained first floor open plan office suite of 828 sq ft – to pensions advisors Blackberry Futures, part of the Bury-based Whitehill Group and a ground floor 1165 sq ft open plan office suite at 1, Greenbox has been sold to network and telecommunications company Armstrong Bell, who previously occupied 13, Greenbox.
Armstrong Bell’s previous office accommodation has now been leased to Orbit Design on a new five year lease. Orbit Design, who were previously based on Bromsgrove Technology Park provide design services to the telecommunications and engineering sectors.

Claire Juggins, Sales and Lettings Manager of GJS Dillon said, “These offices have a good internal specification and are well-placed for their new occupiers. The fact that we transacted all of these deals in a short space of time demonstrates that the regional office market has recovered well. We are recognised as an active player in the Worcestershire office and commercial market and we are always seeking new stock.”
