A specialist in premium quality eyewear has moved into new premises in Bromsgrove thanks to Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon.

Acting on behalf of a private investor, Andrew Lewis, GJS Dillon’s Associate Director, let unit 5 Saxon Business Park, Bromsgrove to the new tenant on a leasehold of 5 years.

Unit 5, a modern steel portal framed industrial/warehouse building measuring 3,354 sq ft was acquired by Eyespace Eyewear, a fast- expanding supplier of sustainable eyewear.
