Eyewear specialists sets sights on new premises thanks to GJS Dillon
July 2021A specialist in premium quality eyewear has moved into new premises in Bromsgrove thanks to Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon.
Acting on behalf of a private investor, Andrew Lewis, GJS Dillon’s Associate Director, let unit 5 Saxon Business Park, Bromsgrove to the new tenant on a leasehold of 5 years.
Unit 5, a modern steel portal framed industrial/warehouse building measuring 3,354 sq ft was acquired by Eyespace Eyewear, a fast- expanding supplier of sustainable eyewear.
Ben Holloway of Eyespace Eyewear said ‘GJS Dillon were friendly and efficient throughout the process and we would happily work with them again’
Saxon Business Park is one of Bromsgrove’s prime out of town business parks and is approximately 3 miles to the south of Bromsgrove town centre, 6 miles from Junction 5 of the M5 motorway and 4 miles from Junction 1 of the M42.
Mr Lewis says: ‘Bromsgrove remains the most in demand industrial location in the County for SME businesses and well-located space such as this is particularly sought after’
‘As we highlighted in our recently published Worcestershire Commercial Property Market Report for 2021, there is still a severe stock shortage in Bromsgrove. Vacancy rates for small industrial units remain low at around 3% and freehold prices are reaching record highs.’
