A leading Worcestershire Commercial Property Consultant and Chartered Surveyor has been recognised as the county’s most active commercial property agent in a prestigious national competition for the fourth year running.

John Dillon, managing director of commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon, which has offices in Droitwich, Worcester and Bromsgrove, has been crowned ‘Deal Maker’ of the year by Estates Gazette Interactive (EGi), a national publication and ‘industry bible’, after completing the highest number of commercial property transactions in the past 12 months in Worcestershire.

Mr Dillon said: “I am delighted to be named as Deal Maker of the Year for Worcestershire for the fourth year in a row.  I am just the front man for a brilliant agency team at GJS Dillon which has worked really hard to develop a robust system and process for delivering fantastic customer service and unrivalled local knowledge which is really now paying dividends.

“These awards recognise not only our sales and lettings, but also the success of our commercial property acquisition service for industrial and office premises, and confirms that we are one stage closer to achieving our goal to become the go-to commercial property consultants in Worcestershire.
