The Painting House is situated to the southern end of the Royal Porcelain Works site, adjacent to Severn House. The building offers a number of small office suites, with Severn House having larger office space and a communal reception for both buildings.

The subject suite is situated on the first floor and offers an open plan office suite. The suite has been finished to an exceptionally high standard, with the exposed brickwork being a highlight feature. Within the suite there is high efficiency lighting, wall mounted radiators, data points and a kitchenette area. There is a WC on the first floor which is communal. The Painting House benefits from lift access to all floors.

There is on-site parking which is available on a separate arrangement at an additional cost.

The Royal Porcelain Works comprise a vibrant new cultural development in Worcester city centre. The former Royal Worcester site has been regenerated to provide quality commercial accommodation; including office suites, event space and Goodroots café.

The office is located within walking distance of Worcester high street and the city’s transport links – including Worcester Foregate Street mainline station, which provides a regular service to Birmingham New Street and London Paddington. Junction 7 of the M5 motorway is also close, being just over two miles away.
