GJS Dillon is continuing its focus on growth and is delighted to welcome Susanne Phipps and Roy Wilkes who have joined the Commercial Agency team along with Sarah Gibson who is a new addition to the Asset Management team.

Both Susanne and Roy are working alongside Andrew Lewis, GJS Dillon’s Director of Commercial Agency and Kyle Pugh, GJS Dillon’s Graduate Surveyor. As PA/Administrator Sales, Letting & Acquisitions, Susanne provides invaluable administration support to the Agency team, liaising with clients and applicants, ensuring that every Commercial property marketed is displayed to the highest standard. In his capacity as Commercial Negotiator Roy goes the extra mile to help property owners and occupiers understand how the Commercial property market works. He is well-known in the local Worcestershire business community.

Mr Lewis said: ‘This has been an exceptionally busy year for Commercial Sales Lettings and Acquisitions. We have extensive specialist local knowledge and this is proving very useful to would-be occupiers as well as existing Landlords and tenants. So two new team members are very welcome to help us deal with our enquiries.’

Sarah Gibson, who has joined the Asset Management team as Property Manager, has considerable experience in Residential lettings and Management. Sarah is one of an all-female team of three looking after GJS Dillon’s growing portfolio of managed commercial properties in Worcestershire and the West Midlands. Sarah works closely with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department’s managed portfolio.
