Two local property companies have worked together to successfully let a mid-terrace commercial unit on the Pershore Trading Estate in Goodwood Road, Pershore.

Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon’s acted for Worcester-based  property company Lansdowne Rodway to let a 2,922 sq ft commercial unit in Pershore. GJS Dillon’s Associate Director Andrew Lewis negotiated the letting to Excellere Logistics, a transportation company.

Pershore is a busy Worcestershire market town with a very active business community and a number of well-established commercial and office sites situated around the town centre.
