Acting on behalf of a private landlord, JP Dillon Commercial Property Consultants has let Unit 1 Buntsford Park Road, Bromsgrove, BD60 3DX.

Bromsgrove based manufacturing company 2KM (UK) Limited has acquired the 8,832 sq ft (820 sq m) industrial unit, well known locally as the former GS Print Unit, on a new three year lease, at a rent of £4 psf, with an option to purchase in the first 12 months.

Located in a prominent position on Buntsford Park Road, on the outskirts of Bromsgrove town centre, and within two miles of junctions 4 and 5 of the M5 motorway and junction 1 of the M42 motorway, the property also has office accommodation and a good sized yard.

2KM (UK) Limited is a German-owned precision engineering company which has been operating in Bromsgrove since 1976. The move to new premises marks new investment and expansion for the company.
