GJS Dillon Appoints New Director
February 2016Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon Limited has appointed a new highly experienced director to head its Professional Services and Valuation Department.
Jonathan Mountford joins GJS Dillon, which has offices in Bromsgrove and Worcester, from Andrew Grant Commercial in Worcester where for the past 10 years he was Partner in charge of Commercial Agency, Professional Services and Valuations.
A RICS Registered Valuer, Mr Mountford has more than 25 years’ experience of professional services work, valuations and property management for leading commercial property consultancies in London and the West Midlands.
At GJS Dillon, Mr Mountford will work closely with Managing Director John Dillon to grow the firm’s work in valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals, allowing Director Bill Fellows time to grow the dilapidations and general building surveying side of the business.
Mr Dillon said: “Jonathan’s appointment brings in another ambitious, highly qualified director with first class local property knowledge and strong contacts. I have known Jonathan for a number of years and he will play a vital role in the continuing growth of GJS Dillon.”

In the past 12 months, GJS Dillon has advised on a number of key property transactions in Worcestershire having acquired well over 100,000 sq ft of off market Commercial premises for local office, manufacturing and distribution companies as well as having sold or let in excess of 150,000 sq ft of Industrial accommodation and over 80,000 sq ft of office accommodation in the County for Companies, Developers and private individuals. At the end of last year the firm was awarded the prestigious EGI 2015 Worcestershire Deal Maker award to acknowledge the firms number of deals (sales, lettings and Acquisitions) as well as its impact on the Worcestershire Commercial Property market.
