Bromsgrove Industrial Units Remain Strongly Sought After

Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon LLP has disposed of two industrial units in Bromsgrove, each of more than 3,000 sq ft.

Acting on behalf of a private vendor, the Bromsgrove office of the chartered surveyors sold the freehold of Unit 10C, Buntsford Park Road, Bromsgrove, B60 3DX to Bromsgrove-based D & S Sales Ltd an independent transport refrigeration service and parts specialists.

Acting on behalf of a SIPP, GJS Dillon has let 3,283 sq ft at Nine Sherwood Road, Aston Fields Industrial Estate, Bromsgrove B60 3DR to builders merchants UPL (Bromsgrove) Limited on a new 10 year lease.

Nine Sherwood Road combines ground and first floor offices with warehouse / workshop accommodation and a large storage yard and is situated in a prominent position fronting Sherwood Road on Aston Fields Industrial Estate on the outskirts of Bromsgrove.

Both properties are within easy reach of Junctions 4 and 5 of the M5 motorway and junction 1 of the M42 motorway giving access to the Midlands motorway network.
