The Commercial Building Surveying team is led by Mike Sutton, a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience within the property and construction sector. He has 29 years’ experience working within the property profession for partnerships and corporate property consultancy practices across the Midlands with a broad spectrum of private sector clients on commercial, retail, industrial and mixed-use property.
The team has been involved in a variety of building survey projects in Worcestershire and the wider West Midlands area and they have developed something of an expertise for carrying out commercial building surveys, schedules of condition and dilapidations surveys as well as advising on commercial property fit outs and planned preventative maintenance programmes.
The department is supported by Consultant Building Surveyor Bill Fellows who has over 35 years’ experience carrying out valuations and building survey advice to private individuals, property companies and financial institutions. Karen Coles who helps manage our Building Surveyors’ schedules and as very experienced PA and Property Administrator takes a lot of time to understand what clients need, for what purpose and when.
