Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon LLP has let 1,500 sq ft of prime modern office space in Worcester.

Acting on behalf of developer Maximus, John Dillon, partner at GJS Dillon, let part of the ground floor of Unit 4 at Wildwood Triangle to a local clothes wholesaler on a five year lease at a quoting rent of £15psf.
