GJS Dillon’s Building Surveyor Mark Davies has celebrated his two year anniversary with the firm.

He says: “It’s been another very busy year as part of a great building surveying team in a great company.

“In the past 12 months I have carried out increasing numbers of Building Reinstatement Cost surveys for insurance brokers, managing agents and landlords to ensure that their properties are fully insured. Along with general Building Surveys, Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations, development monitoring and planned maintenance programmes, it feels like I’ve hardly stopped.

“But we know our clients appreciate what we are doing for them, as we have had plenty of positive feedback, and I’m looking forward to being even busier in 2019!”

A highly experienced building surveyor and fully qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Building who has been working in the commercial property industry for over 20 years, Mark manages the Building Surveys team, working closely with Valuation Surveyor Jonathan Mountford and Managing Director John Dillon, and Property Administrator Karen Coles.
