Expanding software development company relocates to best office space in Worcester with help from GJS Dillon
July 2024A letting at Vinegar Works in Worcester, which is considered to be the best office space in the city, has been successfully negotiated by GJS Dillon.
Leading software development company bluebox is set to occupy a first floor office suite at the property which is in a prominent position on Foregate Street. Vinegar Works has been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. The development won the Best Refurbishment Award and was shortlisted for the Best Regeneration Project of the Year category in the 2023 West Midlands Property Awards.
Acting on behalf of a private pension fund, GJS Dillon’s Graduate Surveyor Kyle Pugh negotiated the 5 year lease for the 376 sq ft suite.
The team at bluebox specialises in bespoke software and has been creating innovative solutions for a broad range of clients for the last 20 years. Originally based in different locations in Malvern and Worcester, this latest move from Malvern Hills Science Park supports their growth strategy.

The letting to bluebox leaves GJS Dillon with only 2 remaining high-spec office suites available to let measuring 376 sq ft and 451 sq ft respectively.
