Originally built as a wool warehouse for Brintons Carpets and later used as a college, it now stands as a vibrant Kidderminster landmark offering work and office spaces and inviting food and drink.

Location
The Piano Building is located within Kidderminster, Worcestershire. Kidderminster is situated 15 miles north of Worcester and 17 miles southwest of Birmingham. The town benefits from being in close proximity to major transport links, such as the M5 & M42 motorways, and has a mainline railway station to the east of the town centre, which offers frequent services to Birmingham Snow Hill, Worcester Foregate Street and Stratford-upon-Avon.

The building forms part of the gentrified Weavers Wharf Shopping Centre site, being adjacent to the Kidderminster Bus Station, Premier Inn and Tesco superstore. There are multiple other national and local retailers adjacent to the property, offering an extensive retail and food & beverage offering to occupants of the office space.
