Leading Midland independent property consultancy GJS Dillon has expanded its successful Worcestershire based team with the appointment of a new graduate surveyor.

Hayley Miles joins GJS Dillon from Worcestershire County Council where she worked for six years in the asset management team, ensuring that the council’s 900-plus property assets were maintained and managed efficiently.

She has also worked in the property and estates departments of Herefordshire County Council, North Somerset Council and Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.

Hayley achieved a first-class honours degree in Real Estate from Birmingham City University, and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

She was born and lives in Bromsgrove, and she knows the Worcestershire area extremely well and she is looking forward to working with Partners John Dillon and Bill Fellows.
