Acting on behalf of the landlord, Worcestershire’s commercial property consultancy, GJS Dillon has secured a 10-year lease with SMART Bodyshop Solutions on an industrial unit in the Wyre Forest.

CARS (Kidderminster) SMART Bodyshop Solutions group was incorporated in 2020. They specialise in a range of car repair services, including paintwork repair and restoration, bumper scuff repairs, alloy wheel repairs, dent removal and more.

SMART Bodyshop Solutions moved their former CARS Kidderminster to a new facility as they needed larger premises to accommodate growth.  

Their new home is a large industrial unit (11,881sq ft) situated at 2 Ricketts Close, on the well-established Firs Industrial Estate, just off the main A451 Stourport Road approximately three miles from Kidderminster town centre.

The site was secured earlier this year and has since undergone a full refurbishment.
