GJS Dillon supports SMART Bodyshop Solutions with their growth plans.
September 2024Acting on behalf of the landlord, Worcestershire’s commercial property consultancy, GJS Dillon has secured a 10-year lease with SMART Bodyshop Solutions on an industrial unit in the Wyre Forest.
CARS (Kidderminster) SMART Bodyshop Solutions group was incorporated in 2020. They specialise in a range of car repair services, including paintwork repair and restoration, bumper scuff repairs, alloy wheel repairs, dent removal and more.
SMART Bodyshop Solutions moved their former CARS Kidderminster to a new facility as they needed larger premises to accommodate growth.
Their new home is a large industrial unit (11,881sq ft) situated at 2 Ricketts Close, on the well-established Firs Industrial Estate, just off the main A451 Stourport Road approximately three miles from Kidderminster town centre.
The site was secured earlier this year and has since undergone a full refurbishment.

The team at SMART Bodyshop Solutions has other projects underway and will see the footprint grow over the coming months, supporting the group’s growth plan to reach 10 sites by the end of October 2024.”
