GJS Dillon sells two "highly sought after" Bromsgrove industrial units

Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon has sold the freeholds of two industrial units at a business park in Bromsgrove, underlining the high demand for industrial and warehouse property in the town.

Acting on behalf of the developer, Charlie Green, commercial negotiator at GJS Dillon, sold a newly built 2,500 sq ft unit at One Maguire Court, Saxon Business Park, Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove, B60 4AD, to a private investor, for £295,000.

Acting on behalf of a private investor, Mrs Green also sold Unit C Harolds Court, Saxon Business Park, Hanbury Road, Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove, B60 4FL, a 2,587 sq ft industrial unit, to a private investor for £225,000.

Mrs Green says: “We had enormous interest in these two industrial units, with the Maguire Court unit effectively sold off plan, such is the desire for business owners and investors to purchase the freeholds of smaller industrial units.  This is the case throughout the whole of Worcestershire as there is a real shortage of industrial units for sale, but Bromsgrove is a real hot spot.  It’s no wonder, as the town is an excellent location for businesses with its first-rate communications and a flexible workforce.”
