Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon has sold a 7,300 sq ft industrial unit in Bromsgrove at a premium price, reflecting the present shortage of industrial property both in the town and throughout Worcestershire.

Acting on behalf of a private client, Charlie Green, commercial negotiator at GJS Dillon, sold the freehold of 16A Buntsford Park Road, Buntsford Hill Business Park, Bromsgrove, B60 3DX, a 7,329 sq ft workshop/ warehouse with offices, for £485,000, to a private investor.

“This unit was highly sought after. Demand far exceeds the supply of industrial properties throughout Worcestershire in general, and in Bromsgrove in particular, with prices expected to reach new record levels later this year,” says Mrs Green.
