GJS Dillon helps bring a little bit of America to Bromsgrove's high street.
December 2024GJS Dillon has successfully let a prominent property at 44 High Street, Bromsgrove to Last Chance Saloon. The property, located in an up-and-coming area of Bromsgrove, has been transformed from its previous purpose as a sales and lettings office to an American Style Country and Western Sports Bar.
The building owned by Andrew Grant offers 1,685 sq ft, arranged over the ground, first and second floors. Last Chance Saloon which officially opened on 12th October offers local residents (and those further afield) a unique venue for live music, including some great names from America, watching sports and enjoying great American food and drink, you can even partake in their wing eating challenge!
Lee Rushton, Owner, Last Chance Saloon comments “GJS Dillon were fantastic during the whole process, chasing both sets of solicitors, sympathetic during the delays and did extra leg work to get the completion done as quickly as possible. It was worth the wait as we have a fantastic venue in a great location, and we are looking forward to our exciting events we have planned.”
Roy Wilkes, Commercial Negotiator, GJS Dillon adds, “It was great working with Lee and he has definitely brought something very unique to Bromsgrove, it’s a great venue and in and we wish him every success.“
