A well-known recruitment firm has relocated to prominent self-contained offices in central Worcester with the support of Worcestershire-based commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon. 

Hewett Recruitment is now based at The Avenue which is situated in the heart of Worcester city centre, close to both Worcester Foregate Street and Worcester bus station. The accommodation, which measures 803 sq ft, consists of open plan offices, a board room and meeting room and is part of a popular commercial development. 

Acting on behalf of the client, Andrew Lewis, GJS Dillon’s Director of Commercial Agency negotiated the 18 month lease. Mr Lewis said ‘Worcester remains an attractive business location and unlike other cities, it has retained a strong community atmosphere. The City centre has proved popular with companies wishing to maintain a high street presence at a time when it has been more difficult to get in front of people’
