Acting on behalf of Clearwater Group, Charlie Green, commercial negotiator at GJS Dillon, sold the freehold of Clearwater House, Saxon Business Park, Bromsgrove, B60 4AD, a 6,705 sq ft grade A warehouse with ground and first floor offices, to Watertight Management Limited, for £580,000.

Already based in Bromsgrove, Watertight Management works with Water Companies, local Councils, and individual Commercial and Domestic users to deliver Civil Engineering, Clean & Waste Water projects.

GJS Dillon previously let a 14,500 sq ft industrial unit in Redditch to Clearwater Group, the vendor of Clearwater House, to allow the company to expand its Midlands’ operation. Clearwater provides water treatment and air hygiene products and services from 10 locations across the UK.

Mrs Green says: “We were able to help Clearwater expand from their premises in Bromsgrove to a much larger industrial unit in Redditch and Watertight Management to find larger premises within Bromsgrove.
