GJS Dillon adds the beautiful and historic Royal Porcelain Works to property asset management portfolio
February 2021The stunning Royal Porcelain Works in Worcester has become the latest addition to GJS Dillon’s fast-growing property asset management portfolio.
GJS Dillon’s Property Asset Management Team is set to provide a full service for the commercial elements of the Royal Porcelain Works known as site A and Site C.
Site A, which equates to circa 10,000 sq ft over two floors, is currently fully let with tenants including Goodroots and Ecrubox.
Site C, which equates to circa 14,000 sq ft across two linked buildings (also known as Severn House and Painting House), has recently come to the market with GJS Dillon’s agency team and is proving to be very popular. The ground floor of both buildings has now been let with two other suites on the first floor under offer.
The instruction came about from a further collaboration between the Worcestershire commercial property consultancy’s Agency and Property Asset Management teams. The Agency team was instructed to market the site in June after its client finished the redevelopment of the site.
GJS Dillon’s Asset Management Director, Adam Jones, says ‘I’m absolutely delighted to be working with the Bransford Trust and with our own Agency Team on these beautifully renovated historic buildings. Our client has provided accommodation that is not only of high specification but that is full of charm and character.’
This instruction is the first of 2021after 2020 proved to be a very successful year of portfolio additions for the GJS Dillon Asset Management Team.
Adam says ‘As I have probably said before, but it is worth repeating, we achieve great results for our clients when our Asset Management and Agency teams work together in partnership like this. Good landlord and tenant liaison will still continue to be vital in 2021 so landlords will need proactive agents and asset management teams.’
