Freehold industrial property reaching record prices in Redditch

The sale of the freehold of an industrial property in Redditch has been successfully negotiated by GJS Dillon.

Acting on behalf of the vendor, Kyle Pugh, Graduate Surveyor at GJS Dillon, sold 54 Enfield Industrial Estate Redditch to a private investor. The 2,642 sq ft mid-terrace property, which consists of an open plan warehouse area, also includes self-contained office space and a trade counter. The popular industrial estate is approximately half a mile north-west of Redditch and is within easy access of local motorway networks.

‘There is good momentum within the Redditch industrial market which has been brought on by a good supply of space’ said Mr Pugh. ‘It has amongst the lowest vacancy rates within the county and consequently freehold property such as this is selling at a premium’
