GJS Dillon were approached by Charlotte Jones and Stephen Groves, partners from Jones and Groves solicitors, to find suitable premises for an office relocation for their growing law firm.
Founded in 2003, Jones and Groves is a boutique commercial law firm, with an expert team of solicitors. They specialise in commercial property and business transactions, secured and unsecured recoveries, landlord & tenant and dispute resolution for commercial and residential property sectors.
The Solution
They were looking for a freehold office space of approx. 1,500 square ft, with car parking in Bromsgrove. Location was crucial, but also an investment that would future-proof their business needs.
After discussing all their initial requirements and understanding their plans for the future, we proposed a few viewings.
The partners opted for 2 Aston Court, Bromsgrove. A modern courtyard development, with a self-contained office, based at Bromsgrove Technology Park, and located approximately one and a half miles south of Bromsgrove town centre.
