Based in the West Midlands, Hills Ford is a successful, family run Ford Franchisee operating across the West Midlands and proudly serving Worcestershire since 2009.  They sell new and used cars, commercial vehicles and motorhomes and provide comprehensive aftersales services at all sites, delivered by factory-trained technicians in modern, well-equipped workshops. They currently have two showrooms, situated in Kidderminster and Malvern.

 

The instruction

Having been awarded the addition of the Worcester territory by Ford and driven by continued growth and demand in the local Worcester area, Hills Ford were in need of a suitable Worcestershire site. Hills Ford were already an existing client of GJS Dillon, having worked with them on a number of local projects over several years, and as they are based in Worcestershire they were the natural choice to undertake the search for a new site.

The solution

After a long period of searching, due to limited suitable freehold options, GJS Dillon were delighted to acquire 16a Blackpole Trading Estate East in Worcester for Hills Ford.

This 1.62 acre (0.66ha) site, houses offices and warehousing totalling 25,377 sq. ft  (2,357.57 sq m). The site will be fully transformed into a state-of-the-art Ford passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle sales and service centre, featuring an expansive showroom floor, dedicated customer facilities, and workshops equipped with the latest diagnostic technology.
