GJS Dillon is delighted to welcome Mike Sutton who is taking up the post of Director of Building Surveying. 

A Chartered Building Surveyor, Mike has extensive experience within the property and construction sector, having worked on behalf of a broad spectrum of private sector clients on commercial, retail, industrial and mixed-use property. He has 29 years’ experience working within the property profession for partnerships and corporate property consultancy practices across the Midlands.

Mike’s responsibilities will include providing detailed building surveys and defect analysis reports, project management and contract administration of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects, the preparation of schedules of condition, preparing interim and final schedules of dilapidations on behalf of both commercial landlords and tenants and development monitoring on behalf of lenders and occupiers.
