We have three strategically placed offices (Bromsgrove, Worcester and our head office in Droitwich) from which we cover Worcestershire and the wider West Midlands region.

The firm is fully regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and all of our directors are fully qualified RICS Registered Valuers. All of our staff go through an ongoing training process through CPD structured learning, in-house training events and external corporate training days. He oversees the transactional (sales, lettings and acquisitions) and property management teams, personally advising a number of the county’s developers, landlords and public sector bodies, and is a particular expert in the acquisition of industrial and office properties. Michelle was instrumental in setting up the GJS Dillon Asset Management Department, managing a number of key Commercial sites in Worcestershire for several years before her promotion to Finance Manager. She now works with John Dillon and the Board of Directors to assist with the short, medium and long term financial strategy for the company as well as liaising with the Companies external accountants.
