We have a work hard, play hard culture and enjoy team-building activities such as crazy golf and darts. It always get quite competitive but we have a lot of fun as well!

Charity fundraising

Our chosen charity for 2023-24 is Midlands Air Ambulance. Some team members were brave enough to tackle a 5K inflatable race and more fundraising activities are planned. Just Giving page.

Commercial Agency Surveyor

Our Agency department is looking for an ambitious Surveyor to join its market leading team.

Key Requirements

We are looking to appoint a Senior Surveyor/Associate Director to support recent growth within the department. This client-facing role is perfect for someone looking to get control of their career and focus on the work that interests them. You will be responsible for helping lead the team a variety of transactions, taking control of the process from start to finish.

Your main office will be Droitwich, with your area of coverage being Worcestershire.
