Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon has expanded with the appointment of a new Associate Director of Asset Management.

Emily Bullock, who is Assoc RICS qualified, MRIPM and has extensive experience in Property Management, joins the commercial property consultancy which has headquarters in Droitwich. At GJS Dillon she will work closely with Property Manager Sarah Moors and Sophie Rollins to grow its portfolio of managed commercial properties in the West Midlands area.

Emily joins GJS Dillon from Rendall & Rittner Ltd which is based in London. During her Property Management career, Emily has gained skills in financial management, client liaison, stakeholder communications, health and safety and insurance as well as the day to day management of properties.
