Worcester office space offers best of both worlds
April 2021An office building in central Worcester has two new occupiers following a deal transacted by GJS Dillon. The lettings reflect an upsurge in demand for offices in the county as a whole, with many businesses relocating from central Birmingham.
Henry Burlison Churan, GJS Dillon’s Commercial Negotiator for South Worcestershire, negotiated the letting of both ground floor suites at Anbrian House in the Tything which is within walking distance of Worcester City Centre. Both tenants, an IT company and a care provider, have moved into the front and rear self-contained office suites which have recently been refurbished to a high standard. GJS Dillon’s Asset Management team now manages the building for their client.
Henry Burlison Churan said: ‘Despite the popularity of working from home, there is still a high demand for well-located office space in Worcestershire. Properties such as Anbrian House offer tenants office space which is full of character within easy reach of the city centre and the M5, thus avoiding the stressful commute to and from Birmingham. In our view, Worcester offers the best of both worlds for those who either can’t or don’t want to work from home’
