Premium rates were achieved in the sale by a Worcestershire commercial property consultancy of three freehold properties in Redditch and Bromsgrove, highlighting the fact that the county remains a popular location for businesses. Demand is also high at Sapphire Court on Bromsgrove Enterprise Park where the consultancy is marketing a premium quality 3,847 sq ft steel portal industrial/warehouse unit.

GJS Dillon sold two freehold business units at Kingfisher Business Park in Redditch and this was swiftly followed by the sale of a freehold modern purpose built two storey office building in Bromsgrove.

 ‘Pre Covid-19 there was a shortage of stock for SMEs and the pandemic hasn’t altered that’ says Charlotte Green, GJS Dillon’s Commercial Negotiatior for North Worcestershire ‘There is very little property available to buy and Worcestershire remains a prime location for business premises because of its excellent location.’

Charlotte Green negotiated the sale of two modern semi-detached mixed use units at Kingfisher Business Park, Redditch. Unit 4 measuring 2,365 sq ft and No 8 measuring 1,638 sq ft. No 4 The Courtyard, Harris Business Park in Bromsgrove, which is a modern purpose build office building measuring 1,906 sq ft was also sold. All three properties are on purpose built developments on the outskirts of Bromsgrove and Redditch town centres.
