Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon has helped an expanding commercial cleaning company upsize to some traditional warehouse/workshop premises in Pershore.

Charlie Green, commercial negotiator at GJS Dillon, sold the fully detached industrial warehouse/workshop premises at Lapwing, Pershore, which were marketed with a guide price of £495,000, to the Hygienic Cleaning Company.

Pershore, which is on the river Avon, is approximately 10 miles from Worcester and 6 miles from Evesham and has excellent connections to the M5 motorway and Birmingham. The attractive market town is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is renowned for its independent shops and magnificent Abbey. The Hygienic Cleaning Company, currently based in Worcester, is a specialist industrial cleaning company which has been trading since 1965. Mrs Green says: ‘With interest rates remaining low, it makes commercial sense for companies to invest in their own industrial premises rather than renting.’
