Newcross Healthcare Solutions, which supplies nurses and care staff to hospitals and care homes, is moving into offices in Worcester city centre following a letting by property consultancy GJS Dillon.

The UK’s second largest care company is moving into the K2 building in The Tything. The second floor suite is 1,028 sq ft and the three-storey city centre office development is now fully let.

It is the second letting GJS Dillon has secured for the building in the past 12 months.

Devon-headquartered Newcross Healthcare Solutions supplies professional nursing and care staff to NHS trusts, community hospitals, care homes and prisons, as well as staff for home care, including respite care, paediatric nursing or post-operative care.
Toby Fellows of GJS Dillon said: “This is a modern office suite in an attractive Victorian building close to the city centre. The area is popular with professional businesses including solicitors, accountants and financial services.

“This letting reflects the general upward trend in the office market throughout Worcestershire.”
