US Food Industry Firm Takes Space At Bromsgrove Scheme
June 2013MARCHANT Schmidt Europe, which sells and distributes cheese cutting equipment to the food and dairy industries, has set up base at Bromsgrove Enterprise Park.
The scheme – formerly known as Bromsgrove Technology Park – is owned and managed by PxP West Midlands, a joint venture between Langtree and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).
US firm Marchant Schmidt has taken a 3,165 sq ft unit on a six year lease at the Sapphire Court building on the park and plans to use the location as the UK hub for European operations.
Mark Stapleton, managing director of PxP West Midlands, said “We are delighted to welcome Marchant Schmidt and other firms new to Bromsgrove. It’s a great place to do business, and ideal in terms of logistics too”.
“Enterprise comes in many forms, not just in the technology sector – hence the new name. We’re sure that businesses welcome fresh thinking and flexibility when looking for premises”.
GJS Dillon Commercial Property Consultants is the newly appointed agent for Sapphire Court.
