Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon has boosted its team with two new appointments.

Michael Pritchard joins as a Trainee Commercial Negotiator, while Wendy Morgan joins as PA to Jonathan Mountford, Director in charge of Valuations and Professional Services.

Mr Pritchard comes to the role with 10 years of sales and customer service experience, while Mrs Morgan has worked in administration and support roles in a number of commercial property agencies for more than 20 years.

John Dillon, GJS Dillon Managing Director, says: “Mike and Wendy join us at an extremely busy time for our agency, property management, valuation and building consultancy teams. Wendy’s experience and knowledge will prove invaluable to us in further supporting the directors in their roles, while Mike is a local lad relocating back to Worcestershire with a real interest in commercial property.”
