Record year for GJS Dillon’s Commercial Valuations team
September 20232023 has been a record year for our Commercial Valuations team so far with a total of 139 valuations undertaken from 1st January to 30th September.
The team, led by GJS Dillon’s Valuations and Professional Services Director Jonathan Mountford, acted for most of the big High Street Lenders as well as for a number of SIPP Pension Fund Administrators, key landlords, developers and tenants to provide vital valuation information for commercial property transactions and building insurance policies.
Jonathan, and new Senior Surveyor Anneka Wilks who is also an RICS Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer, undertook 18 Lease Renewals and 21 Rent Reviews, 95 Re-instatement Cost Assessment reports and 38 Valuations for Secured Lending in addition to the 139 Valuations. With offices in Droitwich and Bromsgrove we provide a range of valuation services for commercial and residential properties right across Worcestershire. This includes everything from RICS Red Book valuations to Assessments of Building Reinstatement Costs for Insurance Purposes and many other professional and agency services.
