On behalf of Westover Holdings Limited, GJS Dillon were instructed to find a new tenant for Stoke Heath Works in Bromsgrove.
GJS Dillon found a new tenant for the property, Hugo Technologies Limited, an independent medical equipment repair, maintenance and management company, who were looking to relocate some of its operations and staff. Over the years the company has seen a number of benefits from being based in Bromsgrove.
Hugo Technology transports goods across the UK, so they are ideally located in the middle of the country. Being close to a local labour force has also improved their chances of employing staff who want to live and work in the same vicinity.
The property was let on a new five year lease to Hugo Technology on a new five year lease.
