Andrew Lewis, Director of Commercial Agency, GJS Dillon
Andrew Lewis is a qualified Chartered Surveyor who heads up GJS Dillon’s award-winning Commercial Agency department.
Andrew specialises in Commercial Property transactional work across Worcestershire, including advising on disposals (commercial, development and investment property), acquisitions and strategic property advice, from the initial planning phase through to the completion and occupation of assets.
Andrew formulated the Worcestershire Commercial Property Market Report, which is now at its seventh edition and has become the key document that advises landlords, developers, investors and occupiers on commercial property trends within the region.
Having been born and raised in the county, he is passionate about seeing businesses and individuals thrive within the area.

Robert Elliot, Director of Business Engagement and Policy, Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce
After 35 years in Hospitality and two years as President of Solihull Chamber Robert is now in his fifth year at our local Chamber. During this time he has grown Strategic Membership of the Chamber from 64 to 105 members and was delighted to welcome GJS Dillon to the group in 2025. As a chamber of 1650 members Robert is involved in a number of lobbying and research projects. His sport is Golf, and his team is Aston Villa and of course Worcester Warriors.

Glynn Jones, Deputy Agent, Bank of England
Glynn joined the Bank as Deputy Agent for the West Midlands and Oxfordshire in March 2011.
Prior to joining the Bank, Glynn was the lead economist at the RDA Advantage West Midlands.
Glynn has spent much of his career in the private sector working for several multi-disciplinary consultancies including as Economics Director of a US consultancy (EDAW).
He has spent much of his career in consultancy where his main interests were in economics, planning and regeneration. He previously worked for KPMG and EDAW in London, prior to establishing his own consultancy.
Glynn is currently responsible for Agency liaison with the private sector. Responsible for holding meetings with a wide variety of firms and organisations to assess business conditions in the West Midlands, informing the Monetry Policy Committee about the future path of the economy and inflation. The Agencies are the Bank's 'eyes and ears' informing the Bank of trends and developments across the economy.
Glynn lives in rural Warwickshire, his outside interests include cycling, walking, badminton and football.
