Congratulations Anneka!

We are excited to announce the promotion of Anneka Wilks to Director.

Anneka is a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience working in the commercial property market. Starting as a trainee property professional, Anneka qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2013 and joined GJS Dillon’s Valuations, Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals team as a Senior Surveyor in 2022. Anneka was promoted to an Associate Director 2 years later and has now been promoted once again to Director to head up the team.

Anneka specialises in commercial valuations of shops, offices, warehouses and factories for secured lending, accounting purposes, pension valuations for SIPP/SASS, tax purposes and matrimonial. She also carries out rent reviews and lease renewals throughout the Midlands.

Anneka provides a bespoke service to leading institutions, developers’, landlords, tenants, and private individuals by delivering reports efficiently and consistently exceeding clients’ expectations.
